1. About these terms
This website, https://amykellycoach.com, is operated by **Amy Kelly, a UK-based sole trader trading as Amy Kelly Coaching
Contact email: hello@amykellycoach.com
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of my website and its general content and resources. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms do not replace any separate written agreement that applies to a coaching programme, event, workshop or other service you purchase.
2. Eligibility
My paid coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and over, unless a specific offering expressly states otherwise.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website and within my resources—including text, videos, audio, worksheets, journal prompts, graphics, branding and programme materials—is owned by me or used with permission.
You may use free resources for your own personal purposes. When you purchase a digital resource or join a programme, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal use, subject to any additional terms provided at purchase.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share access to, adapt or commercially exploit my materials without my prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product or programme does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.
4. Free resources and website content
Free guides, journals, newsletters, podcast episodes, videos and other content are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
I may update or withdraw website content and free resources where reasonably necessary. I do not guarantee that every free resource will remain available indefinitely.
5. Coaching and paid services
The details of each service—including its content, duration, inclusions, fees and payment arrangements—will be provided on the relevant sales page, checkout page or separate written agreement.
A separate client agreement may set out additional terms relating to a particular coaching programme, including session arrangements, communication, access to materials, payments and cancellations. Where a separate agreement applies, it should be read alongside these website terms.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
6. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, payment schedules and any applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated before purchase.
Cancellation rights depend on the nature of the purchase and the applicable law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel, receive a refund or exercise another consumer right, these terms do not remove that right.
For coaching programmes, payment plans, digital products, events and other paid services, please read the specific terms provided at the point of purchase and in any separate agreement.
If you have a question about a payment, cancellation or refund, contact hello@amykellycoach.com.
7. Coaching outcomes and testimonials
Coaching is a collaborative process. Your experience and results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation and implementation.
I do not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, relationship or business outcomes. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises that you will achieve the same results.
8. Website accuracy and availability
I aim to keep the website and its content accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
I do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from technical issues. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
9. Third-party websites and services
My website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services. These links are provided for convenience or additional information.
I do not control third-party websites and am not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or my services for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute harmful material or to disrupt the website or services.
I may take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect the safety, integrity and proper functioning of my website, community spaces and services, subject to applicable law and any relevant client agreement.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Subject to those restrictions, I am not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or for losses arising from misuse of the website or reliance on general website content as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.
This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Privacy and cookies
My Privacy Policy explains how I collect and use personal information. Information about cookies and similar technologies will be provided through the relevant website notice or cookie settings where applicable.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued or override terms that apply to an existing purchase where doing so would be unlawful.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, depending on applicable law.

Coaching Disclaimer
**Last updated: 13 October 2026**
1. About my work
Amy Kelly Coaching provides coaching, educational resources and personal-development experiences designed to support self-awareness, confidence, identity, personal growth and life transitions.
My work is intended to support reflection and personal development. It is not a substitute for individualised professional advice or treatment where that is needed.
2. Coaching is not therapy or medical care
Unless expressly stated otherwise, my coaching services are not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical treatment or a diagnostic service.
I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions. References to the nervous system, subconscious patterns, identity or wellbeing are made in the context of coaching and education, not as a diagnosis or treatment plan.
If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact your local emergency or crisis service.
You are responsible for deciding whether coaching is appropriate for you and for seeking additional support when necessary.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching is a personal and collaborative process. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, actions and engagement with the work.
I do not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, business or relationship outcomes. Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve similar results.
4. Your decisions and responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results during and after coaching.
You are encouraged to consider the information and exercises provided carefully and make decisions appropriate to your circumstances. Seek qualified professional advice where a decision involves medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or other specialist matters.
You do not have to follow any suggestion or exercise that does not feel appropriate for you.
5. Emotional wellbeing and personal reflection
Personal-development work can sometimes bring up difficult thoughts, feelings or memories. Everyone responds differently.
Please communicate if an exercise or coaching discussion feels uncomfortable or unsuitable. Coaching is not designed to replace specialist support for trauma, severe distress or mental-health conditions.
I may recommend that you seek support from another suitably qualified professional if your needs fall outside the scope of my coaching services.
6. Educational content
Information shared through my website, social media, podcast, newsletters, workshops, journals, downloads and programmes is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Although I aim to share useful and accurate information, I cannot guarantee that every piece of content is complete, current or suitable for every individual circumstance. You should not rely on general content as your sole basis for important personal, professional, medical, legal or financial decisions.
7. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials and client examples reflect the experiences of the individuals concerned. They are not guarantees of future outcomes. Testimonials should be shared with appropriate permission and presented honestly, without creating a misleading impression of likely results.
8. Liability and legal rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, or removes any rights you have under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for decisions you make independently or outcomes that cannot reasonably be guaranteed through coaching.
